Designed to provide a highly economical alternative to steel fence constructions, the new HepcoMotion MFS Machine Fencing System is ideal for use in all areas of the factory but typically around machine installations.
The excellent rigidity of the new HepcoMotion MFS is provided by elements of the company's proven MCS aluminium profile product range. Vertical posts are available in two sections and secured into foundation blocks with standard T-bolts and nuts.
A heavier duty version of this MCS section provides additional strength for long, unsupported runs, corners, returns and around doorframes. MFS also provides a choice of horizontal and vertical profile.
The one-slot profile is a light but very rigid section used for the mainframe surround. The two-slot version creates a mid-section, vertical or horizontal bar to break up larger frames and support the assembled panel.
A deep 8mm wide slot allows a wide choice of mesh and panel options to be fitted in combination with the unique panel retaining clip specially developed by HepcoMotion.
Polycarbonate panels up to 8mm thick can be fitted directly into the slot profile; special panels can also be supplied. The special fixing clip ensures almost all types of wire mesh sheeting or polycarbonate/steel panels fitted into the slot profiles are securely retained and will not rattle or vibrate. Its sprung feet provide a universal fitting and location teeth ensure the clips cannot become dislodged.
Further options include a range of sliding door movements with or without lower support profile. The latter is especially useful where clear access is required through the enclosure to allow, for example, the passage of forklift trucks.
Die cast, lift-off hinges provide a strong and flexible method of attaching doors or windows and other movable panels.A complete kit of parts for securing the fencing panel to its vertical support is of course provided. Features accommodate minor misalignments and the swivel action of the kit allows panels to be configured at any angle.
