Rapid prototyping for lead screws

Haydon Kerk Motion Solutions has expanded its manufacturing capabilities to provide a rapid prototyping service for the Kerk brand of leadscrew assemblies, spline and guide rails, and thei RGS and ScrewRail linear actuators. Qualifying engineering programmes can have production quality prototypes in custom configurations as quickly as one week from design release. This includes assemblies with Kerkite composite polymers and Kerkote TFE coating.

Haydon kerk offers stainless steel leadscrew assemblies in diameters ranging from 2mm to 24mm diameter with dynamic load ratings up to 225kg in standard materials. All Kerk brand products are maintenance-free and require no adjustment or lubrication.
