Surface Activator which prevents blooming

Blooming is a common problem associated with cyanoacrylate (super glue) type adhesives. It is seen as a powdery white residue deposited on surfaces close to where the adhesive has been applied. It is particularly noticeable on dark coloured substrates and can be detrimental to the finished appearance of a bonded assembly.
