More stainless steel profiles from MiniTec

The Machine Building 2007 exhibition takes place at the NEC on February 14 and 15. You can pre-register for this event at www.machinebuilding.co.uk

Stainless steel seems to be the material of choice when it comes to machine frame construction systems at this year’s exhibition. In addition to its Profile System aluminium extrusion range, MiniTec will be showing new 45mm x 45mm SUS304 stainless steel profiles, which can be joined using the company’s existing Powerlock fastening system.

Aimed at applications in the food and chemical industries where the effects of corrosion and caustic wash down must be avoided by careful materials selection, the new stainless steel profiles are supplied with a range of compatible accessories, including mounting feet and end-caps.

Also on display will be working examples of MiniTec’s on-line E-catalogue and integrated I-CAD software that allows customers to view, examine and download 2D or 3D CAD files of every single component in the range.
