Making its debut at the show, Aerotech’s new Ensemble HP is a multi-tasking, single-axis digital servo drive and motion controller featuring fully deterministic, real time Ethernet. Ensemble HP units can be networked to proved tightly synchronised motion axes with microsecond level interpolation. Unlike other real time Ethernet based motion configurations, Ensemble HP is a stand alone system that requires no separate hub to manage axis determinism and I/O synchronisation.
Also planned for launch at the show is a new version of Aerotech’s Soloist stand alone, single-axis intelligent drive with linear amplifier stage. The new Soloist CL will be targeted at very high precision positioning applications and ultra-sensitive test and measurement systems where low noise, high bandwidth and zero crossover distortion are prime requisites.
