Bollhoff's self-piercing rivets are now supplied in a new type of reel cassette that accommodates 50% more rivets in a 220mm diameter spool. Designed for foot pedal or trigger operated rivet setters, the MiniRiv system ensures that once a rivet has been set, the next is immediately in position. Strong, visually verifiable fastenings are formed in sheet steel up to 6.5mm thick or 11mm in aluminium, in a cycle time of just 1.5s.
