Southco's new MonoSert (3Nm maximum torque) and DuoSert (15Nm maximum torque) panel fastener inserts can be assembled into the front of an enclosure frame, so they are easy to install even in tubular frames and crowded rack assemblies. Both types can be installed and removed without special tools, and they are easily interchangeable when reconfiguring equipment in the field. The standard offering is sized to fit industry-standard, 9.5mm square holes, but other sizes can be accommodated.
