A new bus bar connector assembly from Molex provides reliable, direct mating of two perpendicular power bus bars carrying current of up to 320A. The system mates with a standard 25.4mm wide by 3.18mm thick bus bar, the isolated parallel contacts free-floating to allow blind mating with bus bar tab. The assembly offers increased current capability at a 30oC temperature rise, which Molex believes tops the competition's amperage offerings by more than 20%.
