OKW's Datec-Mobil-Box handheld cases come in three sizes (small, medium and large) and will accept standard LCD displays of 2x16, 4x16, 2x20, 4x20 and 2x20 characters. Moulded in ABS plastic, these cases comprise a top and base part, and a screw-on battery compartment lid. They can be sealed to IP65 using optional sealing kits. The top part of the assembly has a deep recessed area for mounting a membrane keypad or product label, while screw pillars are provided in the top and base sections for the fitting of PCBs. Accessories include acrylic display windows, tilt foot bars, wall holders and battery contacts. OKW's additional services include silk screen printing, machining, EMC shielding and moulding or painting in alternative colours.
