Specifically formulated for the membrane switch and flexible circuit markets, Nicomatic's new silver filled, electrically conducting two-part epoxy adhesive, NCS-110EP, is suitable for component attachment of surface mount LEDs in membrane keypads and other electromechanical assemblies. A thixotropic product with non-stringing characteristics, it is also suitable for screen printing, dot dispense applications and high speed dot dispense processes where low temperature curing is required. Versions are also available for stencil printing processes.
