HepcoMotion's new MHD (maximum heavy-duty) linear system is supplied in a kit-of-parts that comprises two basic elements: a set of sealed-for-life bearing blocks (each with three integral large crowned rollers), and a pair of flat tracks on which the blocks run. Each of these blocks has a maximum load capacity of 5 tonnes. The track measures 100mm x 40mm and is available in single lengths of 1.4m, which can be butted together to provide longer runs.
