Shaun Prinsloo heads Control Techniques' UK and Ireland drive centres

Shaun Prinsloo has been appointed regional director, UK and Ireland, managing the Control Techniques Drive Centres in both countries. Relocated to the UK from South Africa Mr Prinsloo completed his electrical engineering degree at Durban University before moving into sales of electrical equipment and components. He has some 15 years experience in the drives industry having worked in sales and business development with responsibilities for developing reseller and end user businesses.

His experience encompasses the steel, mining, water and HVAC/R industries and includes OEM projects, servo systems and upgrades of drive systems. Mr Prinsloo’s brief is to significantly grow Control Techniques’ market share in the UK and Ireland, developing relationships with OEM companies and end users alike.
