Designed to take the pain (and the re-finishing) out of adjusting large panels or doors on acoustic cabinets, air conditioning units and machine guards - the Emka Program 1054 3D Hinge allows vertical/lateral adjustment of +/-2mm and permits adjustment of gasket clamping by +/-1.5mm. The multiple 3-dimensional adjustments are facilitated by means of slotted mountings and a rotating eccentric hinge pin. The 1054 3D can be supplied with a clip-on cover which can be pad printed with logos, instructions, warnings or other useful information.
