Rittal's new 1,200mm deep TS8 server rack offers more packing density as well as a high degree of modularity. At the heart of the new rack is the tried and tested TS8 design, which allows many configuration options. Other benefits include scalable bays at all levels, good stability up to 1,000kg, high access security through a four-point locking system, and easy integration of climate control components.
The perforated front and rear sheet steel doors, with as much as 78% open door surface, offer a high air-flow rate and thus effective cooling of interior mounted components. A closed roof plate and bolted side panels combine to provide IP 55 protection when erected as a stand-alone unit. TS8 server racks are available pre-mounted, in widths of 600 or 800mm, and heights of 2,000 or 2,200mm.
