A complete range of machine safety fence components, including single and double doors is now available from MiniTec UK. Conforming to the DIN EN ISO 775 standard for manipulating industrial robots, the standard range covers 2,000mm high fence posts with 1,800mm high, corrugated mesh panels in widths from 1,500mm to 2,000mm. Fence posts and corner posts are based upon standard Minitec machine building components, which feature the quick-fit Powerlock-N fastener for fast and simple frame assembly. Panels are assembled into frames using a clamping profile. This ensures a tight fit for the 40x40x4mm corrugated mesh, and allows easy removal of panels for maintenance. Acrylic, polycarbonate or sheet metal panels are also available.
Hinged or sliding single doors from 800mm to 1,200mm and double doors up to 2,655mm are again assembled using standard components and all are available with a wide range of closure mechanisms and proximity switches to ensure security.
MiniTec's machine building system comprises 30 modular aluminium profiles, all of which accept the Powerlock-N fastening system, which requires no special tools or machining other than cutting the profile to the required length.
You can specify your system using a variety of tools supplied by MiniTec, including online catalogues and the company's novel web-based software package (I-CAD), which facilitates the download of 2D and 3D CAD files of all components in the range.
