IKO Nippon Thompson's new Super MX linear roller way has a guaranteed maintenance-free operating life of 20,000km travel or five years. In addition to its C-sleeve lubrication system, the Super MX features four rows of cylindrical roller elements set at 90 degrees to each other in a parallel configuration comprising two rows on each side of the unit.
Such an arrangement ensures high rigidity, high accuracy, smooth performance and high reliability. Three sizes are offered in two configurations - MXD block and MXS block - and all offer high resistance to dynamic (downward), static (side-to-side),rocking (front-to-back) and snaking loads.
