HepcoMotion announces new group managing director

HepcoMotion has promoted Peter Fanshawe to group managing director. Mr Fanshawe started working with HepcoMotion 24 years ago as an undergraduate, joining the company permanently when he graduated from Brunel University’s Special Engineering Programme. His early career with the company was focused on production and process engineering, particularly in the field of heat treatment, but grew to include product design and development.

In 1995 Mr Fanshawe became technical director and was promoted to the executive board, with overall responsibility for product design. Outgoing group managing director, Ray Hall, has retired following 13 years at the helm, though he will continue to serve the company in a consultative capacity.
