Now available from Spirol Industries is the Bissell disc spring range, which offers standard and special products in various sizes and materials, plus the former Anaco disc spring range. Bissell disc springs includes standard products with pressed and machined edges, locking washers, ball bearing location discs, as well as 'specials'. They can be used in the pre-loading of bearings, clutch spring pressure, shock absorption, safety clutches and static load carrying.
Disc springs offer a number of advantages, including high energy storage capacity, short axial length when installed and a high exertion force with just a short movement.
