Actuator system can be adapted to your needs
With the addition of Parker Hannifin’s ER series stepper and servo driven
rodless actuators to its portfolio, BSL Engineering is able to offer
compact and economical solutions to a range of programmable linear
positioning applications. including cut-to-length, parts indexing and
coil winding, where speed and repeatability are prime concerns.
The rodless actuators are available in either 32 or 50mm profiles and can
be supplied in any length, from 50 to 3,300mm. There are seven metric ISO
mounting options and several motor configurations, including in-line,
parallel and reverse-parallel.
Depending on application, the specification includes positioning speeds
of up to 5m/s, a repeatability of +/-0.012mm and load handling capacity
of 2,200N. BSL offer accessories such as Hall effect and reed switch
position sensors, a linear potentiometer for absolute position feedback,
and an electrically operated brake.
