1100 series Micropump
The new 1100 series Micropump miniature, magnet driven gear pump from
Michael Smith Engineers, provides smooth, pulse-less and leak-free flows
up to 5 litre/min with outlet pressures to 8.6 bar. The device is
manufactured using the metal injection moulding process, which enables
complex and precision shaped components to be formed from powdered metal.
The process moulds a formulation of metal powders and polymeric binders.
The 1100 series is available with 4 different sizes of gear in PEEK, PPS
and Teflon materials, and a range of static seal materials can be
specified.
