Shear beam load cells overcome the disadvantages of lower specification bending beam models

Omega has introduced a range of shear beam load cells that overcomes the disadvantages of lower specification bending beam models. They have a load range spanning 250kgf up to 9 tonnes, have a high side load rejection of 500:1 and faster return to zero after load removal. Additionally, they have the added capability of a higher tolerance of dynamic forces and vibration.
