Measuring just 44mm, the easy-to-integrate, piezo actuator driven P-611 NanoCube is suitable for travel ranges up to 100 x 100 x 100µm and can achieve resolution of up to 0.2nm, with millisecond response times. The basic, open-loop model is designed for applications where fast response and very high resolution are essential, but absolute positioning is not critical, while the closed-loop version is ideal for applications requiring both high accuracy and positioning precision.
The compact P-611 NanoCube systems are equipped with preloaded PICMA high performance piezo actuators, integrated into a frictionless flexure guiding system. Actuators, guides and sensors are maintenance-free and not subject to wear, offering long lifetime and high reliability.
