Following the installation of a powerful Wafios BM5 machine, William
Hughes is now able to convert lengths of up to 10mm diameter bar into
virtually any desired two- or three-dimensional shape, to high levels of
accuracy. Laser assisted positioning, coupled with computer numeric
control ensures high precision bending and consistent tight tolerances
even if the characteristics of the feedstock vary.
