With a footprint 30% smaller than comparable drives, products in the new
from Schneider Electric brand, Telemecanique offer
integral RS 485 and Modbus RTU communications, EMC filters, PI control
and preset speed functions. The drives are available in conventional
heatsink versions (2.2kW/240V to 15kW/500V) for use within control panels
or housed within IP55 protected housings (4kW maximum) for mounting in
the plant.
Three logic inputs are offered, which can be assigned to various control
functions, including selecting from eight preset speeds, choosing
alternative acceleration and deceleration ramp times, and activating the
drive's dc injection braking facility.
