Banner’s EZ-Screen LP low-profile safety light screen combines a space-saving footprint with reliable performance for power presses of any size. The light beams are specially positioned at the ends of the screen to guarantee continuous detection and avoid possibly hazardous dead zones. Unlike many traditional safety light curtains, the EZ-Screen LP can be positioned within the frame of a machine, thanks to its compact 28x26mm housing and efficient end-to-end sensing.

The product offers defined areas from 270 to 1,810mm, detection ranges of up to 7m, and 14 or 12mm resolution. Other features include flexible wiring, allowing interchangeable use of emitters and receivers, fast response times of up to 8ms and identification of blocked beams through zone indicators, the number of which is shown on a seven-segment display.
