Conduction cooled ac-dc supplies for sealed enclosures and harsh environments

XP Power's ECC100 series 100W, single output baseplate cooled ac-dc power supplies are suitable for use in sealed boxes and harsh environments where wide temperature variations are commonplace. Measuring just 83.8 x 127.0 x 39.4mm, these compact highly efficient units (typically 88%) use conduction cooling to transfer heat through the chassis. No fans or forced airflow is required for the unit to operate at full power.

The ECC100 is available in five models covering the nominal output voltages of + 12, + 15, + 24, + 28 or + 48Vdc. An optional surge filter module is available to increase protection of incoming ac surges to level 4 of EN61000-4-5.

A comprehensive set of monitoring signals and control features include remote sense, a combined ac and dc fail signal, and remote on/off capability. A +5V/0.5A standby output is provided as standard.

The range meets IEC60959-1/UL60950-1/EN60950-1 safety specifications for IT, commercial and industrial equipment. In addition, the units comply with EN550022 level B standard for conducted emissions without the need for additional filtering components.

The ECC100 series comes with a three year warranty.
