Astrosyn's new P210 stepper motor drive measures just 64x64x21mm. The
four-phase bipolar unit offers a variable phase current output of between
1 and 7A, plus full step and micro-step operation up to 2,000
steps/revolution. In addition to its auto current reduction mode, the
drive also features 'anti-resonance' adjustment. By turning a
potentiometer, the mechanical resonances that arise at low speeds can be
effectively smoothed out.
