Tyco Electronics has introduced the Raychem S1125 Kit 8, diesel and fluid
resistant adhesive for use with heat-shrinkable components sealing
terminations and connections subject to high temperature conditions. The
two-part epoxy/polyamide product is particularly suited to demanding
under-bonnet conditions. It provides effective strain relief and creates
a long term, high integrity seal that is resistant to a range of
chemicals, solvents and fuels.
Operating temperature range is -75 to +150°C, though +200°C is possible
with Viton tubing.
