To ensure safe and reliable operation and extended service lifetime, primeflex uses a high quality steel bellows that provides excellent misalignment capability, compensating for axial, radial and angular shaft displacements.

The backlash-free plug-in connection interface allows easy installation and the internal features of the coupling ensure damage free disassembly allowing the coupling to be reused. The compact primeflex coupling is currently available in three sizes with nominal torques ranging from 24 to 120Nm. The product joins Mayr Transmissions’ existing range of backlash-free bellows, elastomeric and disk pack couplings.
