Tufnol's new Grade 10G/48 epoxy glass fabric laminate has good dimensional stability and strength retention, which is further enhanced when subject to temperatures of up to 155oC. The product was developed for an aerospace application that demanded machined components with high flexural strength at 150oC after oven conditioning at 200oC for 100 hours. The material is only available as machined components produced to customer specifications.
