Automatic lubricator takes care of conveyor chains
New from Tsubaki UK, the TGL automatic lubricator is suitable for general
use with conveyor chain, but is particularly useful where conveyors are
difficult to access. It requires no power, as it is driven by the action
of the conveyor chain; the chain roller pushes the pump's checker arm to
release a set amount of lubricant through the nozzle. Lubricant is
applied accurately and consistently to the area between pin and bushing,
and bushing and roller. Should the chain backlash or reverse in
direction, the checker's roller arm springs backwards and upwards to
prevent fouling.
