Electrically insulated rolling bearings from NKE

NKE Austria's electrically insulated rolling bearings provide reliable protection against shaft current discharges and subsequent corrosion in electric motors, generators and other electrical machines. The SQ77 and SQ77E ceramic insulation is applied via plasma-spraying and has a guaranteed dielectric strength of at least 1,000V ac or dc. The bearings with outer ring insulation are available as cylindrical roller bearings and as deep groove ball bearings in various designs, dimension series and radial clearance classes.
