Aspen Electronics has introduced a software package that allows RF and
microwave engineers to use the Bird Electronics 5010 RF Thruline power
sensor in conjunction with a PC, thus avoiding the need for an additional
digital power meter. Users of the Aspen 5010T remote system can read,
store and display power measurements on their PCs, and set up highly
visible displays of forward power, reflected power, VSWR and return loss
for viewing at a distance. All four parameters can be programmed with set
limits.
