Time & Precision is reporting a high level of interest in the Trilogy
Systems range of heavy duty linear motors, which it showed for the first
time at Drives&Controls 2001 earlier this year. These motors will operate
reliably in conditions of elevated temperature and high vibration levels,
their encoder-less, rugged construction offering extended service life
under these conditions. If you need the accuracy, however, Trilogy motors
can be supplied with a linear encoder module offering feedback to 5
micron resolution. The module is also designed for arduous duties.
