Aerospace Solenoid Valve

A new solenoid valve has been developed which has a manual override capability for typical applications in engine cowl door systems and cargo door actuators on commercial aircraft and in rotor blade fold units on military helicopters. Currently available in a single coil normally closed configuration for 4,000psig systems, the valve can be designed with single or dual coils in normally closed or normally open configurations for operation in 3,000 or 5,000 psi systems.
