Mike Pisapia (pictured) has been appointed managing director of Adept Scientific as company co-founder, Paul Bragg, steps back from the day-to-day running after 26 years at the helm. Dr Bragg remains chairman of the Adept Scientific Group and will continue to play an active, hands-on role. Mike Pisapia joined Adept in January 2007 as general manager; he has a strong technology and engineering background and has enjoyed a successful management career.
