Spelsberg's new PV enclosures are suitable for wiring solar panels and
many other outdoor installations. Supplied with an application-specific
range of glands, terminals and eight different types of connector, these
UV-resistant, glass-fibre reinforced polycarbonate housings have a wide,
shallow (28mm) profile for easier fitting of terminals and circuits, as
well as an integral moulded click-top lid that provides IP55 protection
and allows one-handed installation. Two knock-outs for cable glands are
located at the front edge of the units for cables of 0.5 to 4mm2, and the
standard base dimensions are 141x101mm.
