As from the beginning of this month, Danfoss has reorganised its core businesses, including businesses within its Motion Controls division. The businesses - Danfoss VLT Drives, Danfoss Customised Power Electronics and Danfoss Inverters for Solar and Wind - now come under the banner of Danfoss Power Electronics.
The new Power Electronics division has supply chain and R&D centres in Denmark, China, the USA and Germany, plus a global network of sales offices. It will be headed by Danfoss senior executive, Troels Petersen, with Ole Moller-Jensen, Claus A Petersen and Henrik Raunkjaer leading the VLT Drives, Customised Power Electronics and Inverters for Solar and Wind divisions, respectively.
