The new 'MINITEKMAR-WALL' cases, from TEKO, provide an attractive housing solution for small wall mounted electronic devices. Typical applications include door entry and security systems, equipment controllers, detection devices, medical call units and much more.
The cases feature a low profile top section which is moulded in off-white ABS (UL94 HB), and a snap-in flat transparent rear plate which also acts as the wall mounting fixture. The rear plate has a large aperture for cable access and screw pillars for mounting PCBs, displays etc. There are no visible fixings as the case snaps together, and requires a flat screw driver to open.
Two models are offered: MTK-F which features a flat top section and MTK-S which has a sloping top section. The cases have external dimensions of 131 x 100 x 18 mm and 131 x 100 x 33 mm respectively. Both models have a recessed area in the top for mounting a membrane keypad, push-buttons or a display module.
TEKO can supply these wall mounting enclosures with additional holes for push-buttons, connectors and controls, plus silk-screen printed legends and logos. The cases can also be moulded or painted in alternative colours. Standard prices start at £9.
