Between them, Telemecanique's Preventa XPS-AF (22.5mm wide) and XPS-AK
(45mm wide) safety relays cover virtually all safety related
applications, including emergency stop circuit monitoring, limit
switches, four-wire safety mats and Type 4 light curtains. Designed for
use in Category 4 control systems (to EN954-1), both relays offer three
6A-rated safety outputs, the AK version offering an additional volt-free
signalling output and four solid state outputs for easier connection to a
PLC.
