Yuasa Battery has added the SWL3300FR model to its SWL family of industrial valve regulated lead-acid (VRLA) batteries, typically providing 40% extra discharge capacity over and above a standard NPL type.
The 12V SWL3300FR features a nominal capacity of 110Ah C20 to 10.5V at 20°C (102Ah C10 to 10.8V at 20°C). Standby life expectancy is 10 years at 2.275V/cell float charge at 20°C.
The battery is housed in UL94V0 flame retardant ABS case material as standard (Oxygen index 30) and can be used in any orientation, excluding continuous use in the inverted position. The new model complies with BS6290 Part 4 (1997) and IEC 60896-21/22. Case dimensions are 350mm (l) x 168mm (w) x 225mm (h) (all ±2mm) with mass of 38kg approx.
