SMC releases slimmer version of mechanically jointed rodless cylinder
range
Based on SMC's existing MY! mechanically jointed rodless cylinder range,
the new MY3's piston shape reduces the overall height and length of these
units by up to 36% and 140mm respectively. Other features include
floating vertical and lateral load mounting options and a simplified
arrangement of the centralised piping passages. Two versions are offered:
short with rubber bumper and standard type with air cushion. Bore sizes
are 16, 25, 40 and 63mm.
