The Allen-Bradley MP family of servomotors from Rockwell Automation is an
all-stainless steel range, purpose built for the food processing
industry. The latest addition to Rockwell's Kinetix motion control
product series, the MP motor features a passivated type 300 stainless
steel case, a 3m flying lead with factory sealed cable exit and food
grade connectors, and IP66, IP67 and IP69K protection. The unit is thus
capable of withstanding a caustic wash down up to 180°C and 1,200psi.
Motor frame sizes of 100, 130 and 165mm are available, providing a peak
torque of 67.8Nm via an appropriate Allen-Bradley drive.
