Modular HMI platform offers top-quality display options
Rockwell Automation has taken its established Allen-Bradley PanelView
human machine interface (HMI) product series to new heights with the
launch of PanelView Plus, a modular HMI range that allows the customer to
pick-and-mix display sizes and logic/communiocations modules
The final product in the company's 'ViewAnyWhere' platform suite,
PanelView Plus will be of particular interest to OEMs who want maximum
flexibility in terms of screen size, communications and logic options,
with minimum product stockholding.
Users simply choose their preferred screen size option (from 6.5in to
15in TFT active matrix colour displays) and data entry method (keypad or
touch screen), the communications method (from a host of serial and
Ethernet options) and then connect them, along with a logic module, as
shown in the main picture.
