Parker Hannifin's new Moduflex Lite air preparation unit combines a lightweight and corrosion-resistant construction with patented nano lubrication technology that allows oil mist to travel up to 40m along the air line as opposed to a maximum of only 15m with more traditional lubricators.
The Moduflex Lite system is up to 45% lighter than conventional units, its injection moulded body providing vastly improved internal flow paths. As a result, the flow performance is up to 30% better than similar sized units. The techno polymer construction tolerates aggressive media and environments, enabling synthetic oils and glycol based anti-freeze to be used.
