Offering a typical radiant flux of 285mW and a peak wavelength of 395nm,
the new UV LED illuminator from Rhopoint Components has applications from
ink, coating or adhesive curing to medical devices. The illuminator
comprises 50 separate LEDs die-mounted on a substrate measuring less
than10mm2, and housed in a TO-66 package. Typical power dissipation is 6W
and the total beam width is +/-78°, reducing to 30° with optional
reflector.
