Rhopoint S Din 100 Sensor-To-Computer Modules

Rhopoint's DIN 100 sensor-to-computer modules Rhopoint's DIN 100 sensor-to-computer modules can be used to construct PC based data acquisition systems, networked via Modbus RTU. The modules convert analogue signals (temperature, pressure, voltage, current, etc) to digital data, which is transmitted via RS485 to a PLC, computer or other processor based control equipment. All signal conditioning, scaling, linearisation and conversion to either linearised ASCII data values or Modbus percent of full-scale binary values, is carried out within the modules. Features such ass address, baud rate, parity, alarms and echo are selected using simple commands over the communications port, withou having to access the module. Up to 247 modules can be networked on a single twisted pair of wires using RS485 with repeaters.
