Polymer Blocks Click On And Off For Easy Maintenance

Replacing damaged polymer blocks can be a time-consuming process, involving removal of the chain, grinding the bearing pin heads, dismantling the damaged parts, fitting the new block and then reinstalling the chain. Now, thanks to a new design from the German company, A&S, the polymer blocks are fitted with external clips, so they can be repeatedly replaced, in just a few minutes, throughout the chain’s life. The only parts that need to be replaced are the blocks themselves and there is no need to remove the chain. The UK contact for A&S is Renold Chain
