Rockwell Automation has introduced the 800FC pendant station range. The new Bulletin 800FC is quick and easy to install and offers the same time saving benefits found in the Bulletin 800F 22.5 mm push buttons; offering maximum versatility from the minimum stock-holding. There are numerous design and operating options available to meet most application requirements.
Because 800FC Pendant Stations utilise the standard 800F operators and contact blocks, distributors are able to offer off-the-shelf delivery. System enclosures are available with 3, 5, 7, or 9-holes, providing customers with up to 18 functions within one pendant. All pendant stations are constructed to meet IP65/66, NEMA Type4/4X/13 degrees of protection. In addition, contact blocks have been spaced to accept standard 1492 terminal jumpers to help reduce wiring time.
New 1, 2 and 3-speed operators have been developed for use with the new pendants and have the same, high-quality design as our existing 800F 22.5mm Push Buttons. A new mechanical interlock latch, for use with the multi-speed operators, allows for optional protection against inadvertent operation. The mechanical interlock helps minimise two functions [e.g. Up/Down] being pushed at the same time and helps protect the system from unwanted, potentially damaging, operation.
Additionally, there is an electrical interlock capability for the 1 and 2-speed operators, which is achieved by simply wiring a normally-closed contact block in line with each operator/function. The operators are marked with standard symbols and text using epoxy pad printing or two colour moulded fascias. The optional, external legend plates offer standard and/or custom engraved options.
