Sensortechnics’ new CLW series detects point levels of liquids and granular or pulverised materials without contacting the media. The user can easily adjust a high and low switch point with a hysteresis of less than 25mm. The device makes use of non-invasive capacitive sensor technology to achieve complete media compatibility.
The CLW sensor can be mounted on the outside of a container or vessel and is able to measure through almost any non-metallic wall material. The level switch can be easily calibrated and achieves high accuracy and reliability thanks to an additional reference electrode, which compensates for all changes in ambient conditions.
